I managed to function today on 2.5 hours of sleep. Long story short, I slept from 2-4:30 a.m. and then was up for good. I walked down my street around 6 a.m. as the sun came up before starting some yard work. My bushes in my yard and along the fence have grown out of control. In cutting them back, I discovered that spiders live in the branches. Lots of spiders with tiny bodies and really long legs. Freaky, but I was comforted to notice that each time I disturbed one, it ran away from me. So they are not attacking spiders. Praise God!
Kevin came over and mowed my yard this afternoon, then his son used a leaf blower to push all the grass off of my sidewalk and driveway. Have I mentioned they do this just because they are nice? For free! So great. Jennifer and I took Miles out in the backyard to play this evening and Kevin's dog Tiger stood at the fence and crouched, ready to play. Miles got pretty brave in approaching Tiger at the fence. The mosquitoes were biting so I brought Miles back in before long.
Lack of sleep is catching up to me and I'm dropping like it's hot. More tomorrow, including orange sweet rolls. Mmmm.
Sweet dreams,
very good blog, congratulations
